The team at New Concept were proud to support and provide our showroom to two fabulous businesses recently, allowing them both to showcase their fantastic pizza and flour products. This was our first event with both Morrisons Food Services and Molini Lario, and was a resounding success!
All food for the event was provided on the day by Morrisons Food Services who are a Scottish family run business supplying the catering trade since 1966. The high-quality flour for all the pizzas was provided by Molini Lario who are able to provide a variety of flours ranging from flours for bread-making to specific flours for bakery and pizzeria.
The turn out on the day was great, with many companies from different areas of Scotland attending. All of whom were treated to food prepared by two-time award-winning Pizza Chef, Ralph Carlone.
